Doc Manager allows users to store and share their files on-line.

With Doc Manager users are able to use a webpage as if it was the explorer in Windows. Doc Manager can use the right click on the mouse to access a context menu where all operations are available. The most common operations are also available on the icon bar.

The most notable features of Doc Manager are:

• All custom operations available (new, upload, delete, rename, cut, copy, paste, new folder, rename folder, delete folder, open folder)
• Able to update a file with a new one. Old versions of the file are kept.
• Able to select several files with the mouse.
• Able to download a file stored. If several files are selected, then the download operation will create a zip file and download that zip file.
• Able to get a link that directly refers to a specific file. With this link you can send it in an email to a friend.
• Able to move files from one folder to another using drag and drop like in Windows Explorer.
• Upload of multiple files available on the same file browser window (not several upload fields like most document managers online).
• Several views like in Windows Explorer (Icon view; List view; Details view and Thumbnails view)
• Generation of thumnails when uploading images (gif, jpg, png) for faster view in thumbnails view
• Able to integrate with login from other applications.
• Able to set access options (view, read, write, edit) for several users. Able to integrate access features with other applications.
• Able to add a description and tags to each file/folder.
• Able to search for file name, description and tags.
• Able to perform an advance search by all available data.
• Fully compatible with the most common browsers (Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Mozzila Firefox 2, Opera 9.5 and Safari 3.1)
• Multi-language support (available languages at the moment: English; Portuguese)
